Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of Booking:

  • For kids' party services, your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us and full payment has been received.
Invoice Requests:
  • If you require an invoice, please inform us, and we will provide it upon request.

Corporate and School Events:

  • For corporate or school events, we accept payment terms. Please contact us to discuss the specific terms and payment arrangements. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • 80% Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will qualify for an 80% refund.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Changes to Booking:

  • If you need to make changes to the services, timing, or duration after your booking is confirmed, we will try our best to accommodate your requests, depending on availability.
  • If we are unable to accommodate the requested changes, cancellation policies as per the above clauses (3 & 4) will apply.

Agreement:

  • By booking our services, you agree to enter into a mutual agreement with E Magical Moment. We are committed to providing a magical experience for your event.
