1. When should we book your services?


We recommend booking our entertainment services as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and only confirmed reservations will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

2. What do we need to provide, and how much space is required?

We bring all necessary equipment, including a sound system for our magic shows and interactive games. We require a minimum of 1 meter of space for children to sit comfortably during the magic show and move around during games.
For face painting, glitter tattoos, or caricatures, please provide a table and chairs for our artists.

3. What is the recommended start time for the entertainment?

For packages including main entertainment (such as a magic show or games) followed by side entertainment, we suggest starting with side entertainment to allow more guests to arrive. We recommend beginning the entertainment approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled party start time to accommodate late arrivals.

4. Is there a limit to the number of guests?

While there is no strict limit on the number of guests, please note that for side entertainment, we can cater to a maximum of 15 - 25 children per hour, depending on the selected activity.

5. Do you include live animals in your magic show?


No, we do not use live animals in our magic shows.

6. Will the birthday child be involved in the magic show?

Yes, the birthday child will be selected to participate in the magic show, making them feel special and engaged.

7. What is the recommended age for the magic show?

Our magic shows are suitable for children aged 4 and above. The interactive elements are designed to keep young audiences entertained and engaged.

8. Which side entertainment options do you recommend?

  • Glitter Tattoo: Waterproof and long-lasting, ideal for pool parties.

Yes, we cater to a variety of events, including corporate functions, community festivals, and private parties. Our services can be tailored to suit different occasions.

11. What are the payment terms?

Full payment is required to confirm the booking. We will send you a confirmation message upon receipt of payment.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.

80% Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the event.

50% Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

13. What happens if I need to make changes after booking?

We strive to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate your changes, cancellation and refund policies will apply as per the terms outlined.
