We offer a variety of bouncy castles in different sizes and themes, suitable for various age groups and party themes. Our selection includes small and medium as well as with additional features like slides.
What is included in the rental service?
Our rental service includes the delivery, setup, and tear down of the bouncy castle. We also provide all necessary equipment, such as blowers, for proper inflation.
How long can we rent the bouncy castle?
The standard rental period is typically for a 3 hours, but we offer flexible rental durations. You can discuss your timing needs with us during the booking process.
Is supervision provided for the bouncy castle?
While our team handles the setup and tear down, we do not typically provide supervision during the event. We recommend having a responsible adult supervise the children using the bouncy castle to ensure their safety.
Are there additional fees like cleaning fees, etc.
While we recommend using bouncy castles indoors for safety reasons, they can be placed outdoors if necessary. In the event of adverse weather, the castle must be deflated and moved to a dry location immediately. Note that the blower requires electricity and must not come into contact with water.
A cleaning fee of at least $50 will be charged if the bouncy castle becomes wet. If wet weather is forecasted, our team reserves the right to cancel the setup for safety reasons.
If the castle cannot be set up and the delivery team has not yet arrived, a full refund will be issued. If the delivery team has arrived but the castle cannot be set up, a $15 delivery fee will apply.
What should I do if my venue cannot accommodate the bouncy castle?
Please review the dimensions of the bouncy castle in the listing, noting that an additional 1 meter of space around the castle is required for safety. If your venue cannot accommodate the castle despite efforts to fit it, a $30 transportation reimbursement fee will apply.
For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup indoor location in case of bad weather. If the event cannot proceed due to weather conditions.
Do you require access to electricity?
Yes, an electrical outlet is required for inflating the bouncy castle. Please ensure an outlet is available within a reasonable distance from the setup area.
Can we extend the rental time on the day of the event?
If you wish to extend the rental time on the day of the event, please let us know as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
