Our helium balloon delivery service includes either 30 helium balloons or 4 balloon bouquets of 6 balloons each, depending on your selected package. Delivery is included in the rate.

We aim to deliver the balloons at least 30 minutes before your party or event time, so you have time to receive them and prepare the venue.

No. Our delivery personnel are only in charge of delivering the balloons. They will not assist with decoration setup or styling, as the balloons are prepared beforehand and sent to you ready for delivery.

Our standard latex helium balloons usually last about 8 to 12 hours. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling delivery on the actual day of the event.

Indoor venues are the better option for helium balloons. They generally perform best in indoor environments where they are less affected by wind, heat, and direct sunlight. Common balloon-care guidance says indoor conditions help balloons last longer, while heat and sunlight can shorten float time.

Yes. You may choose up to 5 colours, and we will send you a colour chart for selection after your enquiry or booking.
