We are delighted to provide you with our exceptional party services. Before proceeding with your booking, please take a moment to review and confirm the following terms and conditions:
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be considered confirmed once you receive our confirmation email and complete the full payment for our services.
- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, we kindly request a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the scheduled event. Upon receiving the notice, we will gladly issue a full refund to you.
- Refunds for Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will qualify for an 80% refund of the total amount paid.
- In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event, a 50% refund of the total amount will be provided.
- Changes to Services: If you need to make any changes to the services, timing, or duration after your booking is confirmed, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, subject to availability. However, if we are unable to fulfill your requested changes, we will proceed with the cancellation policy as outlined in clauses 3 and 4.
- Mutual Agreement: By booking our services, you agree to enter into a mutual agreement with E Magical Moment. We are dedicated to creating a truly magical experience for your event, and we commit to providing exceptional service and entertainment.
