Kids Birthday Party Decoration Packages
Terms & Conditions:
- 50% deposit is required to confirm the above packages. The balance is to be paid in cash or cheque strictly on the event day. For cash payment, please prepare exact amount.
- All packages prices are NETT price
- Backdrop displays, easel stand and table with skirting as well as any other accessories added on to enhance decoration are for rental with the package, not for sale. Any damage or loss of these items will be charged accordingly.
- 2 weeks notice is advised for the order of decoration setup due to customization requirements. For shorter lead time, please check with us on availability before ordering.
- Upon receiving order, we will contact the customer to finalise on details within 1-2 days.
- Cancellation policy: All cancellation or change of date made will incur a loss of the deposit if the booking is cancelled 5 days(or less) before the event date.
- Full amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 24 hours before the event.
- Postponing of event may subjected to a additional $100 surcharge, subjected to availability, otherwise, client can choose to cancel the event subjected to cancellation policy above
- For extension of services, please check with us on the extension charges applicable.
- We will not be responsible for putting up client’s own decoration during set up time.
- We will not be responsible for the tear down of decorations for any packages.
- We will not be liable for cleaning up of any mess created by the activities / party guests.
